CHEF SHANE

A devoted family man and proud father, Chef Shane believes the best moments in life are shared around the table. That same spirit of connection lives in everything he does — from training and coaching kids' jiu jitsu, to disc golfing with friends, to simply being present with the people he loves.

With more than two decades of experience in high-end catering and culinary leadership, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional dining experiences rooted in creativity, precision, and a genuine passion for his craft. A recipient of the Chef of the Year — 2025 Hospitality Minnesota award, his career spans everything from large-scale galas and corporate events to intimate private gatherings.

Alongside his wife and co-owner Mai, Chef Shane runs every aspect of this small business with the same care and intention he brings to every table.
