Chef Plated Dinner Experience

A multi-course private dinner for 6–12 guests. Custom menu, full service, kitchen cleanup included. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and milestone moments.

Chef On-Site Catering Experience

Professional chef onsite, buffet or family style presentation, food replenishment, set up and clean up. Additional preparation and cooking time may be required depending on the selection of the selected menu. Additional service hours are available.

CHEF SHANE

A devoted family man and proud father, Chef Shane believes the best moments in life are shared around the table. That same spirit of connection lives in everything he does — from training and coaching kids' jiu jitsu, to disc golfing with friends, to simply being present with the people he loves.

With more than two decades of experience in high-end catering and culinary leadership, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional dining experiences rooted in creativity, precision, and a genuine passion for his craft. A recipient of the Chef of the Year — 2025 Hospitality Minnesota award, his career spans everything from large-scale galas and corporate events to intimate private gatherings.

Alongside his wife and co-owner Mai, Chef Shane runs every aspect of this small business with the same care and intention he brings to every table.
